The house is built wholly of timber. It is not as soundproof as a reinforced-concrete building, but we have used a number of construction methods to keep it comfortable. We would be grateful if you would be mindful of noise at night.
The whole property, indoors and out, is non-smoking except in the designated area. Please use the outdoor smoking stand beside the wooden deck.
