    Frequently asked questions

    Is there an onsen?
There are four private baths of 100% natural hot spring, flowing 24 hours a day in the house — Haru, Natsu, Aki and Huyu. They are open 24 hours and need no reservation.
What kind of spring water is it?
All four baths are fed straight from the source. The source is Bandaiko, and the water is an acidic hydrogen–sulfate / chloride spring (hypotonic, acidic, high-temperature). Please see the hot spring page.
    Is there a sauna too?
There is. The sauna in the house is called Base Sauna — a proper Finnish sauna, reserved for your group alone. Please see the sauna page.
    Can children use them?
Stays are limited to guests aged 12 and over, so the baths and sauna are also for guests aged 12 and over.
